"Ecologia şi Serviciu pentru Pace"

La 23 august 2002, organizaţia teritorială din Chişinău „Viitorul Verde” a Mişcării Ecologiste din Moldova, a desfăşurat o acţiune de salubrizare cu denumirea „Nistrule pe malul tău...”.
Împreună cu alte organizaţii, s-a încadrat activ în acest proiect şi Serviciu pentru Pace. Acţiunea s-a desfăşurat pe teritoriul orăşelului balnear Vadul lui Vodă, unde prin eforturi comune, s-au colectat 30m3 de deşeuri.

ucând calmul şi bucurându-ne prin frumuseţea ei uluitoare. Tinerii de la Serviciu pentru Pace, şi-au exprimat atitudinea grijulie faţă de natură prin munca sârguincioasă, cot la cot cu alţi participanţi.
Încă de la bun început, fiind intervievaţi de radioul naţional, ei au relatat că acţiunile de salubrizare nu sunt ceva ideal. Există o zicală moldovenească care susţine că: „Este curat acolo unde se păstrează şi nu acolo unde se face des curăţenie.” Totuşi, asemenea activităţi dezvoltă simţul de stăpân adevărat. Fiecare şi-a investit tot sufletul în lucru, iar melodia ce o fredonau în grup îi unea spiritual.
Voluntarii au observat frecvenţa pachetelor de ţigări printre deşeurile strânse, ceea ce ne determină să facem concluzii nu prea bune despre manierele fumătorilor. Oricum, comparativ cu anul trecut, sunt mai puţine deşeuri, aceasta fiind o dovadă a schimbării atitudinii celor ce se odihnesc, în special, la vederea acţiunilor de salubrizare. Aceste activităţi au un caracter educativ atât pentru cei implicaţi în proiect, cât şi pentru cei ce se odihnesc.

"Service for Peace and The Ecology"

On the 23d of August 2002 Chishinau brunch of Ecological Movement of Moldova organized a cleaning project „Dnister on Your Bank…”
Together with other non-govermental organizations Service for Peace actively participated in it. The project took place in a small town of Vadul lui Voda, where 30m3 of waste was collected by common efforts. Children, teenagers and grown ups went out to save the nature, which survives everything, returning us only comfort and joy by its amazing beauty. Young people from Service for Peace showed great inspiration through their caring attitude towards nature and through hard work shoulder to shoulder with other participants. Also from the very beginning being interwied by the National Radio they said that such cleaning activities were not ideal. There’s a saying in Moldova „It’s clean there where one keeps clean, not where one often cleans”. But anyway such activities develop a feeling of a true owner. Everybody invested the whole heart in this work and the group was very united spiritually. It’s known and it’s not new that Moldova has got good young people who are willing to sacrifice their time and efforts for the better future of this country, and of course they worked so hard not just to get the ice-cream they where served at the end.
During the project the participants picked up many sigaretes’ packets what speaks about bad manners of our smokers. Anyway comparing with the last year there was not so much garbage, which proves that the atittude of those who have rest there has changed, especially after they’ve witnessed the cleaning projects. Such projects are very educative both for participants and for those who rest.
